(1)HS-601S product is an external electrode paste for low temperature co-fired ceramics (LTCC), which is applied to the surface top & BTM of the product and co fired with the ceramic body;
(2) HS-603I product is used for inner electrode paste of LTCC;
(3)HS-605T product is a silver paste for LTCC end electrode, which belongs to post fired silver paste;
(4)HS-607V products are used for LTCC hole filling paste;

This series of products is composed of silver powder, glass powder, polymer resin, organic solvents, inorganic additives and so on. It has good printing and cutting properties, excellent electrical conductivity, and good co firing characteristics with porcelain. It does not contain Pb, Cd and other harmful elements  (In accordance with RoHS 2.0 requirements).
